How do I report a claim?

You can report a claim at the nearest DDOR office or using the online form.

Important notes:

  • In Novi Sad, claims can be reported in person only at our office at Narodnog fronta 1. 
  • In Belgrade, claims can be reported in person only at our office at Antifašističke borbe 13a.

The legal deadline for indemnity payment is 15 days from the completion of the claim handling process.
