Chairman of the Executive Board
Francesco Masi
Francesco Masci was appointed as the Chairman of the Executive Board of DDOR osiguranje in February 2022. Previously, he was a member of DDOR Supervisory Board since 2021.
He joined the Unipol Group in 2016 and was acting in various managerial positions in the Company. He has a broad experience in Investment Banking, Capital and Debt Management.
Appointed as a member of the Board of Directors of Camera di Commercio Italo-Serba (CCIS) since March 2022, he was elected as Deputy Chairman in June 2023.
Since March 2022, he is a member of the Board of Directors of Confindustria Serbia, and was appointed as Deputy Charman in December 2024.
In 2003, he graduated from the University of Bocconi, Milan, with the major degree in Finance.

Tatjana Rakocevic
Tatjana Rakočević spent the first three years of her career at the Faculty of Economy Subotica – Novi Sad Unit, as a scientific research assistant, where she also taught the Regional Economy course.
Starting from 1993, she began working in DDOR osiguranje. During the first ten years, she held the position of Head of Finance Sector and Director of Finance Department. Her first appointment as member of the Executive Board of DDOR Novi Sad, responsible for overseeing finance and asset management activities, came in 2006. She has been in charge of human resources since 2011, head of procurements since 2016, and responsible for strategic planning and management control since 2023.
She actively participates in the activities of the Association of Serbian Insurers and has been the longtime President of the Financial Affairs Committee.
She has been a founder and member of the Association of Serbian Corporate Directors (UKDS) since 2007.
She graduated from the Faculty of Economy Subotica – Novi Sad Unit, and holds the license of chartered accountant and securities broker.

Vladimir Malesevic
Vladimir Maleševć was appointed a member of the Executive Board of DDOR osiguranje in 2018. He coordinates the activities of the Functional Domain of underwriting and product development, as well as of the Functional Domain of claims management.
Having completed his studies at the Faculty of Economy Subotica, with a graduate thesis in »Insurance«, he first began working in 1999 in the Property Insurance Sector of DDOR osiguranje.
In the following years, he moved through several sectors of DDOR osiguranje. He was Head of the Reinsurance Sector in the Novi Sad-Re Department and a member of the Supervisory Board of »DDOR Re« a.d.o. between 2004 and 2007, and Director of the Non-Life Insurance Department in DDOR osiguranje between 2007 and 2013.
Following a brief hiatus, he resumed his career in DDOR in 2018, as the director of the Functional Domain of claims management.
He is an active member of the Association of Serbian Insurers, and the member and president of various committees.

Marija Grubor
Marija Grubor began her professional career as an expert associate for the transfer of science into business at the Institute of Wheat and Flour Technology of the Faculty of Technology in Novi Sad.
She was appointed a member of the Executive Board of DDOR osiguranje in May 2024, and coordinates the activities of the Functional Domain for insurance of big clients, cooperation with external sales channels (insurance agency companies and insurance brokerage companies), bancassurance, and affinity groups.
Her career in the field of insurance is linked entirely to DDOR osiguranje. She completed DDOR’s School of Insurance, and throughout her long career has held various managerial positions in the Property Insurance Department, Risk Management and Actuarial Sciences Department, and Claims Management Department.
She graduated from the Faculty of Technology in Novi Sad and holds the degree of technology engineer. She is a certified technological process designer, certified insurance agent and broker, HCCP Project manager and consultant, and a member of the International Advisory Board (IAB) of the international project, Knowledge Hub and Policy Test for Critical Infrastructure Protection.
