DDOR – host of the conference titled “Policy, mechanisms and practises for supporting the development of agro-industry”

These days, DDOR NOVI SAD hosted a conference titled “Policy, mechanisms and practises for supporting the development of agro-industry”. This was the first of a series of conferences within the agricultural forum: “Support to the development of competitiveness of agriculture and food industry”, which was initiated by Konfindustrija Srbija together with its partners and association members. The entire initiative was supported not only by our Company, but also by UniCredit Banka, and AS FID.

The key topic of the conference was the financing of Serbian agriculture by the announced European development funds. According to the introductory speeches of the participants and panellists, to obtain the above funding we need developed strategies, as well as to raise awareness and educate potential clients on establishing a sustainable business. 

Using the best examples form Italian and Serbian practices, the conference participants presented the models for general advancement of agriculture and agro-industrial sector in Serbia.
