Ensuring the sustainable development of the Company aligns with community support, DDOR Novi Sad initiates and participates in activities that provide a high level of positive impact on society. The main activities the Company engages in are focused on improving education, culture, traffic safety, well-being, and the environment, with ensuring alignment with the UN Sustainable Development Goals.
Education:
- Organization of the conference “Application of new technologies in the protection of agricultural production and clients’ property”,
- Support for the “Meeting of Firefighters and Security Forces” event in Novi Sad,
- Providing support to university students as founders of scholarship programs at the University of Novi Sad
- Collaboration with the Faculty of Economics in Subotica, the Faculty of Natural Sciences and Mathematics, and the Faculty of Technical Sciences at the University of Novi Sad,
- Collaboration with high schools on early development and training of future employees in the insurance industry (e.g., participation in the ‘Mathematics Spring Festival’),
- Participation in various professional panels and conferences aimed at raising ESG awareness and sustainable solutions.
Sports:
- DDOR Novi Sad is the official insurer of the Olympic Committee of Serbia,
- Donation of bicycles to the best students of Novi Sad in collaboration with the City of Novi Sad,
- Support for the 3×3 basketball competition “Novi Sad Ultra Challenger”,
- Support for the Zrenjanin Half Marathon,
- Support for the Pančevo Night Marathon,
- Support in organizing the cycling race “Tour De Fruška”,
- DDOR Novi Sad for the third time part of the biggest business – sports event in Serbia “Serbian Business Run”.
Well-being:
- DDOR Novi Sad is the official insurer of OPENS,
- Partnership in the “Pensioner Card” project,
- Support for Soup Kitchens in Vojvodina, Belgrade, and Niš for richer New Year’s meals for users.
Traffic safety:
- DDOR Novi Sad General sponsor of the BG Car Show 08 and the 16th International Motorcycle, Quad Bike, Scooter and Equipment Fair “Moto-passion” in Belgrade
- DDOR Novi Sad is a partner of NAVAK National Driving Academy,
- Collaboration with the Traffic Safety Agency in promoting traffic safety during the EXIT festival.
- Successful realization of the project “Look to be seen, ride a bike” in five (5) cities in Serbia (Novi Sad, Subotica, Kragujevac, Kruševcac and Belgrade).

- Support for the international project “Ogyre” for cleaning the world’s seas from plastic pollution,
- Continuity of action “For a Forest in Your Neighbourhood,” which greenifies areas in urban environments,
- Participation in the project of the City of Novi Sad “For My Greener Environment”,
