DDOR AND YUTA GUARANTEE SAFE TRAVEL

A press conference held on 17.2.2016 in Belgrade presented the public an important novelty in the domain of cooperation between insurance companies and travel agencies. DDOR NOVI SAD and the National Association of Travel Agencies – YUTA are partners in this project, with the main goal being consumer protection and improved quality of service.

For the first time, YUTA has the option to issue travel guarantees to agencies wishing to join the protection system for travellers in organized tourist traffic, said Aleksandra Seničić, director of this association.

YUTA TRAVEL GUARANTEE 2016 is primarily intended for the travellers who have put their trust into agencies that are part of this unique system. The goal is to restore people’s trust in travel agencies. All agencies that, apart from insurance policies that meet the statutory requirement, also offer YUTA TRAVEL GUARANTEE can count on a special type of assistance for their travellers.
