At the same time, you fulfill your legal obligation prescribed by the country in which transport of hazardous cargo must be covered by an insurance policy.

What you need to know

• The basis for premium calculation is the sum insured concluded with us, which at the same time represents the liability of “DDOR Novi Sad” towards persons who sustained damage caused by hazardous cargo during transport.
• You will forward any incoming claims to our address and, upon collecting the necessary documentation, determining the basis for coverage and the claim amount, “DDOR Novi Sad” will effect payment within the statutory deadline to you or directly to the claimants, at your request.
