Supplementary insurance for yourself and your car provides complete protection against unforeseen circumstances which can occur while you are on the road. Following the terms for policy issuance which came into force on January 1st 2011, we have prepared supplementary insurance packages with special benefits for all drivers. The Standard, Plus and Max Package is available to everyone regardless of the insurance company in which they concluded the MTPL policy.

A police report is not necessary for reporting claims under these packages.

What are the benefits we offer?

Standard Package:

  • organization and coverage of costs of towing and minor repairs of the vehicle on the territory of Serbia;
  • accident insurance for drivers and passengers;
  • coverage of damage to passenger vehicles due to natural disasters (storm, thunder, hail, flood, etc.).

Annual premium: 920 dinars

Plus Package:

  • organization and coverage of costs of towing and minor repairs on the vehicle on the territory of Serbia;
  • accident insurance for drivers and passengers;
  • coverage of damage to passenger vehicles due to natural disasters (storm, thunder, hail, flood, etc.);
  • glass breakage insurance.

Annual premium: 3,545 dinars

Max Package:

  • accident insurance for drivers and passengers;
  • coverage of damage to passenger vehicles due to natural disasters;
  • glass breakage insurance;
  • travel assistance and coverage of expenses throughout Serbia and Europe, in cooperation with the Customer Support Service „Coris”.

Annual premium: 7,008 dinars

What happens in case of a fault on the vehicle?

Repairs of minor faults covered by the Standard and Plus Package pertain to costs of working on an insured vehicle for a maximum of one hour, at the price of the repair shop’s hour of work, if the vehicle can be repaired on the spot within one hour.

If you have the Standard or Plus Package, call the Customer Center of the “Atlas Servis” assistance company on 069 667 667, and you will receive help as soon as possible (depending on the distance).

If you have the Max Package, call the Customer Support Center „Coris” on 011 3636 996. Give the operator your precise location and description of the fault, and help will arrive as soon as possible. Follow the operator’s instructions.

What happens in case of vehicle glass breakage?

Report the damage to the nearest operating unit of DDOR immediately or within 3 days from the occurrence, at the latest. You can photograph the damage yourself and submit the photos to our assessor. The clam will be paid out to you as soon as possible.
