Regardless of what caused your car to stop, all you have to do is call us, and „DDOR Novi Sad” will immediately send experts to help you. If possible, they will restore your car to a functional state on the spot and if not – DDOR will take care that your vehicle is towed to a repair shop or to your home, and will also provide you and your passengers with coverage of costs for transport and accommodation.

“Roadside assistance” provides quick and efficient assistance in case of unforeseen circumstances that may occur on roads all over Serbia and Europe. It may be concluded if the vehicle is registered, no matter which compulsory insurance client possess.
“DDOR Novi Sad” provides assistance 24 hours a day, as well as coverage of the necessary costs of assistance in case the vehicle is out of order or is unfit for further safe driving.
The Customer Support Center „Coris“ assists in providing help as well as covering costs in case the service user has a problem due to:

- Damage
- Destruction
- Vehicle theft
- Accident
Roadside assistance insurance includes:
- organization of assistance;
- coverage of costs of repairs in case of a minor fault;
- coverage of costs of towing;
- coverage of costs of renting a replacement vehicle;
- coverage of costs of accommodation for the driver and the passengers;
- coverage of costs of transporting the driver and passengers to the place of residence (head office) or destination;
- coverage of costs of returning a vehicle damaged abroad;
- coverage of costs of the driver who is returning the repaired vehicle.
The insurance policy includes coverage of costs for the following:
- vehicle owner;
- driver who drove the insured vehicle;
- passengers at the moment of accident;
- driver or company which will transport the vehicle after the occurrence of the fault.

What you need to know
- This insurance covers the costs of vehicle repairs and towing, but not the costs of spare parts which need to be replaced.
- In cause your car breaks down, you must contact Help Center of International Organization “Europ Assistance” on + 381 11 41 44 112. Give the operator as precise a description as possible of your location as well as the fault in question, and help will arrive in the shortest possible time. Follow the operator’s instructions.
