The New Splendor of Architectural Heritage: DDOR Headquarters Building in Novi Sad

The central building of DDOR osiguranje, located at Mihajla Pupina Boulevard 8 in Novi Sad, is a proud symbol of business and architectural heritage. Designed by the renowned architect Miroslav Kostić and built in 1962, the building recently got a new look while preserving the cultural heritage.

In addition, a completely new air conditioning system was installed that does not spoil the appearance of the exterior, while significantly improves the working conditions in the premises of this facility.

The DDOR building, with its six floors and total area of 3,418 sqm, now stands proudly as a modern business center in the heart of Novi Sad and remains indispensable in the business life of the city, as well as in the cultural and social context.

Mihajla Pupina Boulevard is a vital city artery, with a particularly frequent pedestrian passage, which connects the Boulevard and Trg Galerija, shortening the journey for residents of Novi Sad.
